Welded gabion box

Gabion box is a cage, cylinder, or box filled with rocks, concrete, or sometimes sand and soil for use in civil engineering, road building, military applications, and landscaping. 

Gabion box is used to stabilize slopes and control erosion, as well as in construction of retaining walls, bridges, and dams. The structure of the gabion box is made of a wire mesh that is designed to withstand the weight of the materials it contains.
